			New Improved Warranty

		Earl's Performance Products endeavors to produce its line of hose and hose fittings as first grade products . In-house assemblies are tested; welded components are bubble tested; machined parts are inspected prior to assembly; and all assembled hose-end fittings are reinspected prior to shipment .
All products sold by Earl's Performance Products are subject to the following warranty at time of shipment :

	Earl's Performance Products warrants that said products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, for so long as the original user possesses those products . This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of said products and in no event shall this warranty exceed the original price of the products, nor shall Earl's Performance Products be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages .


	This warranty does not apply to any product subjected to damage in transit, accident, misuse or abuse following date of original purchase . Earl's Performance Products reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine if the defect is due to material and / or workmanship or other cause .

Any product believed to be defective should be returned to the Dealer from whom purchased for warranty adjustment . If satisfaction is not obtained, then customer shall send the item postage prepaid, together with the bill of sale or other proof of purchase date and a note stating the problem to : Earl's Performance Products, 189 W. Victoria St., Long Beach, CA . 90805 to receive such in-warranty service.


	It is expressly understood and agreed that this warranty shall be in lieu of all warranties of fitness and in lieu of the warranty of merchant ability and there are no other warranties, express or implied .
