MARGUERITE TOMPKINS
Marguerite received her
graduate degree in communication from the
University of Wisconsin-Stevens
Point. She has studied organizational, as well as interpersonal
communication. In 1991, after a teaching career, Marguerite opened her own
business, Markley, Inc. which was a human relations organization. She
is well aware of how hard it can be to retain individuals who are used to
working a traditional, bureaucratic style. |
