Smart. Beautiful. Built to work.

The puppies are sired by Ch. Kindred GateKeeper, littermate to the stunning Ch. Kindred GottaKeepHer, the 2005 Futurity Best of Variety winner and Best in Show Bred By Exhibitor winner at the ASC Cocker Spaniel National Specialty. Both GateKeeper, owned by Jolene O'Brion, Duet, and GottaKeepHer finished their AKC championships by the time they were 8 months old.

This is the first litter for both Molly and GateKeeper. Both are OFA Good, eyes normal.

Kindred Cheeky Cha Cha

Christina

Impetuous and effervescent, Christina, Kindred Cheeky Cha Cha, earned her AKC Championship in Sioux Falls, S.C. under judge Pete Bauer to finish with three major wins under judges Christina Hubbell, Linda Robey, and Bob Salsbury.

Expertly presented by Deb Podratz, Christina is poised to be the third in a litter of four to earn their AKC championships. Her brothers are Ch. Kindred Star Studded Samba and Ch. Kindred Rumba Dancin' Star, Ricky and Adam.

The dancin' stars are out of Ch. Kindred Etoile de Diamant, American Spaniel Club Cocker Spaniel National Specialty 2002 Futurity Best of Variety winner whose stellar career as a puppy and young adult dazzled us. Her first Group placement was from the puppy class earning her 329 points shown by Jeff Wright and Per Rismyr. She would go on to be nationally ranked from a brief specials career in 2003.

A study of beauty
Cocker Spaniels

Affectionate, companionable, and hard working, Cocker Spaniels are always ready to go along for a good time, or stay close when times are not so good.

My breeding goal is to produce dogs with good health, stable temperaments and breed type making them beautiful, intelligent, and trainable in the spaniel tradition. My dogs are AKC registered and are screened for hip dysplaysia and listed in the OFA registry and ASC Health Registry. Each year they are examined for clincal signs of inheritable eye disease by an AVCO certified veterinarian with tests results available online on the ASC website.

Kindred Cocker Spaniels demonstrate their capacity through their achievements in the conformation ring, field, in tracking and other performance events to provide a measure of my progress towards my breeding goals.

Spend a little time looking through the pages here and read about Kindred Cocker Spaniels and their accomplishments. Experience a breed with a heart that beats with the strength of the finest hunting dog, the devotion of the best companion, and the beauty of generations of beautiful dogs.

The Cocker Spaniel-- a study of beauty in type and spirit.
