Whiting and WC 1563

Just some quick pictures of the Commercial Switch job running between paper mills in Whiting, Wisconsin

They are later than normal this Friday, and I could see them after work. Usually they are near to returning to the Stevens Point yard by now. They started from the crossings near Jacobsen St. on the map.

Then went south across the Plover River.

(this is the location of the Icy Crossing pictures in December)

Neenah Paper Whiting Mill is at the end of Tommy's Turnpike,
I think they make disposable diapers.
Security cameras are thorough at their plant, so I leave them alone. And the sun is back lighting the scene in afternoon. I think they normally would be here over the noon hour.

In other news, if you live in central Wisconsin,
watch the Central Wisconsin Sunday Paper for an article about my kite aerial pictures.

A UW student reporter did an interview and I gave him pictures.

I've been too busy this week taking a variety of kite pictures to finish his article.

Here's Tall shadows at the Boys and Girls Club of Plover, Wis.
Not bad considering the kids couldn't understand why anyone would want to take pictures, and didn't pose for hardly anything.
